General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&C)

1. Acceptance of the T&C

Using the Manser Services platform to request a quote or book a cleaning service implies the customer's unconditional acceptance of these General Terms. These conditions govern the contractual relationship between Manser Services and the customer (private individual or business), as well as the terms under which our services are provided.

2. Services

Manser Services provides auto detailing, residential cleaning, post-construction cleanup, Airbnb housekeeping, estate clearance, and commercial window cleaning services in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) area, from Nice to Cannes via Antibes.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Our prices listed online are "indicative" (e.g., "From €50"). The final, contractually binding price of the service will only be determined following a free quote, sent by phone or email after we receive the user's online form.

This quote takes into account the actual level of soiling, the surface area to be treated (sqm), and the travel distance. The customer will receive an SMS/email confirmation with the fixed, all-inclusive price of the service.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

If unable to attend a scheduled appointment, the client must notify Manser Services at least 24 hours in advance. A travel fee or flat-rate charge may apply for unjustified cancellations or excessive delays. Likewise, a Manser Services technician may postpone a service in the event of force majeure, in which case a new time slot will be offered to the client as soon as possible.

5. Disputes

These T&C are governed by French law. Should any dispute not be resolved amicably, the client may bring the matter before the competent court having jurisdiction over Nice.
