We come directly to your home, your workplace, or any other location you choose, with our own professional equipment: high-pressure washer, industrial vacuum, and products dedicated to each type of surface (bodywork, wheels, leather, fabric). You have nothing to transport and nothing to prepare — our technicians are self-sufficient for water and electricity thanks to their mobile equipment. They take care of the bodywork, wheels, windows, cabin and boot on site, usually in 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the package chosen, while you get on with your day or stay nearby. The only exception is the roadworthiness test, which must legally take place at an approved centre: in that specific case, we handle the round trip for the vehicle so you don't have to travel either.

A wash (from €50) covers the aesthetics only: interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, or both as a pack. It's a one-off service billed at the time of the appointment. Auto support goes much further — it's our flagship service, designed for people who don't have the time or inclination to manage mechanical upkeep themselves: oil changes, repairs, tyre replacement, bodywork. In practice, you contact us, we pick up your vehicle at a time that suits you, hand it to one of our partner garages chosen for their reliability, follow the case (diagnosis, quote, repair) and keep you informed at every step, then return the car to you ready to drive. You keep a single point of contact from start to finish, without ever having to approach a garage, book an appointment, or travel there yourself.

The roadworthiness test is a regulated service that must legally be carried out at a state-approved centre — we obviously cannot issue the certificate ourselves, and no private company can. Our role is purely logistical, but it changes everything in practice: we handle booking the appointment at an approved centre in our network, collect your vehicle at the agreed time, manage the round-trip transport to the centre, and return the car directly to your home once the test is complete, along with the certificate. You don't have to travel, queue, or manage the waiting time on site. If the test reveals a follow-up inspection is needed, we can also coordinate the corresponding repair through our partner garages before the second submission.

Sale preparation is offered at a fixed price of €200, with no surprises: it includes a full interior and exterior clean, restoration of interior and exterior plastic trim (often faded over time), headlight restoration (which yellow and reduce perceived light output), and a roadworthiness test. The goal is to present the vehicle at its best to maximise its resale value or the appeal of the listing. For an end-of-lease return, the logic is different: the goal is to avoid the often-steep refurbishment fees charged by the leasing company at final inspection. We then tailor the service case by case (bodywork touch-ups, worn tyre replacement, interior detailing) based on the vehicle's actual condition, and can advise you beforehand on exactly what to fix ahead of the leasing company's inspection.

Yes, our wash pricing is tailored to the vehicle's size to stay fair: city cars/saloons and SUVs each have their own rate card, with a choice between exterior only, interior only, or an interior + exterior pack at a preferential rate. Larger vehicles (vans, 7-seaters) are quoted case by case based on their actual size and condition — contact us for a precise rate. No, quite the opposite: we exclusively use professional products selected for each surface — pH-neutral bodywork shampoo, wheel-specific cleaners, nourishing products for leather, fabric or plastic — with no abrasive agents or harsh strippers that could dull paintwork or weaken a finish over repeated washes. Our goal isn't just surface cleaning, but preserving your vehicle's condition, and therefore its value, over time — particularly important if you're preparing a sale or a lease return, where the condition of the bodywork and cabin is directly assessed. Our technicians are trained to adapt the product and method (pressure, temperature, dwell time) to each surface type, rather than applying one generic treatment to every vehicle.
